A cursed village, isolated from the rest of the world, where everyone wore masks and feared to face their own shadows. The inhabitants had pledged their souls to devil’s wicked designs. There were stories of possessed villagers eating human flesh and having sex with the dead. Generations lived and died in Panjavadi as slaves to the darkness within. Once, a cobbler dared to take on the devil, sacrificing his very soul to the ancient depths of the old well. The cobbler guided the cloud of sinned souls to the vastness of the great tree.
